Diffusing in humidifiers: 3–5 drops per 100 ml of water; for scent-sensitive individuals, 1–2 drops per 100 ml of water.

Essential Oil Usage Instructions: Essential oils are highly concentrated substances that actively affect the body. Therefore, they should be diluted in a "base" oil. Pure essential oils can irritate the skin and should not be applied directly. Respiratory test: if inhaling the pure essential oil or its blend causes no discomfort, the scent is pleasant, and there are no respiratory spasms such as coughing or shortness of breath, the oil can be used.

Skin test: Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1 teaspoon of any vegetable oil and apply a small amount to the wrist. If no signs of skin irritation appear within 15–40 minutes, the oil is safe to use.
