Diffusion in humidifiers: 3–5 drops per 100 ml of tap water; for scent-sensitive individuals: 1–2 drops per 100 ml of tap water.

Essential oil usage instructions: Essential oils are highly concentrated substances that actively affect the body. Therefore, they should be diluted in a base oil. Pure essential oils can irritate the skin, so they should not be applied directly. Respiratory test: if, when inhaling the scent of pure essential oil or its blend, you feel no discomfort and the scent is pleasant without causing coughing or shortness of breath, the oil is suitable for use.

Skin test: mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1 teaspoon of any vegetable oil and apply a small amount to the wrist. If no skin irritation occurs within 15–40 minutes, the oil can be used.
