The Buyer pays for the goods using one of the following methods:

- Online payment via Neopay - by choosing payment through Neopay, the system connects automatically, and the buyer immediately sees the payment.

- Payment through DPD couriers - payment through DPD couriers can be arranged only when the order is delivered to the Customer's specified address. Payment to DPD courier can be made in cash or by bank card.

- Payment upon receipt of the order at "" pickup point at Mainų g. 6, Klaipėda is possible ONLY in cash, the exact amount without change is required.

- Payment via electronic banking.

- Choosing payment via electronic banking or through Neopay, the items are reserved immediately after receiving the payment. If payment is not received within 3 working days, the order is canceled after personal contact with the Buyer.

The Seller is not responsible if the products in the online store in terms of color, shape, or other parameters do not match the real shape and/or color of the products due to the features of the buyer's display.

We inform you that there are no options for product exchanges in our online store.

The Buyer can return the product and place a new order by selecting a different desired size, color, etc.

- The return period is 20 days from the date of receiving the product (-s).

- For returned items, the Buyer receives a refund of all paid amounts (excluding delivery charges).

- If the item(s) are returned due to a defect or the fault of the online store, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer all paid amounts, including delivery charges.

- Along with the orders, the Buyer receives a "PRODUCT RETURN FORM," which must be filled out to proceed with the return of the product (-s).
