These upgraded high-waisted menstrual panties gently embrace the waist and hips. They offer reliable protection against leakage, wherever you are and whatever you do. The fabric is soft on the skin and breathable. Use them with a tampon, cup, pad, or on their own. If you want to wear them on heavy flow days without additional protection, we recommend having at least 2–3 pairs to change throughout the day. - A double-layered gusset absorbs discharge, and the moisture-proof cotton layer beneath prevents leakage. - The wide gusset fits snugly and protects from side leaks. - If you use a pad, you can tuck the wings into the side pockets to keep them invisible.

The panties are stretchy enough, so choose your usual size.

WE RECOMMEND choosing a SMALLER size if you are between sizes. Stand straight with your legs together and measure the widest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.

HOW TO USE: Before first use, wash the panties in warm water with soap. As the micromodal fabric is very soft and slippery, disposable pads may not stick until washed. After a few washes, pads adhere better.

CARE: If stained with blood, rinse in cold water before washing. Wash in cold or warm water by hand or in a washing machine with similar colors. Do not tumble dry, boil, or wring strongly.

COMPOSITION: Outer fabric: 93% TENCEL modal, 7% elastane. Absorbent gusset: two layers of 100% cotton. Moisture-proof layer: 100% cotton coated with TPU.
