HOMLA ADRIAS Cast Iron Serving Pan with Bamboo Trivet

HOMLA ADRIAS cast iron pan with bamboo trivet – a compact dish designed for frying, baking and serving small portions of hot food directly at the table.

- The cast iron pan can be used in the oven at temperatures up to 250 °C, as well as on gas, electric and induction cooktops.

- The included bamboo trivet allows the hot pan to be conveniently served at the table.

- It is recommended to wash the cast iron pan by hand only and not leave it soaking in water. After washing, dry it thoroughly immediately, then lightly coat the dry surface with vegetable oil and wipe off any excess.

The manufacturer recommends not using dishwashing detergent. Sudden temperature changes should also be avoided – for example, do not pour cold water onto hot cast iron.

Preparation before first use: Before first use, wash the pan by hand and dry it thoroughly. Lightly coat the inner surface with cooking oil and heat in the oven at 150 °C for at least 1 hour. Once cooled, wipe the pan dry. For a new pan, the manufacturer recommends repeating this process 3 times.
